Associate in Science for Transfer Degree in Business Administration 2.0 (Associates)

This program is designed for students to transfer to the California State University (CSU) system and provides a foundation of knowledge in key business areas such as business administration, law, accounting, marketing, finance, and economics.
Students that earn the Associate in Science in Business Administration 2.0 for Transfer will be granted priority admission to the CSU system, but not to a particular campus or major. Students transferring to a CSU campus that are accepted into a Business Administration major will be required to complete no more than 60 units after transfer to earn a bachelor’s degree. Consult with a counselor for specific 4-year institution requirements.
To earn the Associate in Science in Business Administration 2.0 for Transfer students must:
1. Complete 60 semester units that are eligible for transfer to the California State University, including both of the following:
a. The Intersegmental General Education Transfer Curriculum (IGETC) or the California State University General Education – Breadth Requirements
b. A minimum of 18 semester units in a major or area of emphasis, as determined by the community college district.
2. Obtain a minimum grade point average of 2.0.
3. Complete all courses within the major with a minimum grade of C or P if taken on a Pass/No Pass basis.
